Before You Buy – Please Read Carefully:

• Reference Photos: Every portrait depends on a clear, good-quality reference photo. If you’re unsure whether your photos are suitable, you’re very welcome to email them to me first for confirmation. This ensures the portrait will capture your pet at their very best. Even if it's not the final photo they will want to use I can get an idea if the quality is good enough - see my commission page for an idea of reference photos. 

• No Refunds: Please note that vouchers are non-refundable and the drawing needs to be booked in within a year of purchasing. If purchasing a smaller value, you won't be given a completion date until the recipient reaches out to book in. If you are booking a set size, you will be booked in and informed of the nearest available space.

• Price & Booking: Gift vouchers start from £50 and guarantee a space in my 2026 portrait diary. 

• Currently only taking books for horses, dogs and cats.

The voucher will be shipped to the address you put on shipping at checkout so please make sure this is correct if you want it to go direct to the recipient and email charlierobbinsart@gmail.com so I can input their details for you. Otherwise it will be posted to you.
