Bespoke art is not refundable. You have 7 days to request a return of any original wildlife art or prints. The buyer must pay for any returns postage and it must be tracked for items over the value of £50.00. The artwork must be returned in the same condition ready for resale. If an item has arrived damaged, please take photos of the parcel before opening and contact Charlie.
